• March, 2003 Selected as "Editor’s Pick" in the 2003 Yankee Magazine Travel Guide to New England.
• August, 2002 Featured in a video produced by the Manchester Historic Association on historic buildings in Manchester that have been saved and are now landmarks in the city.
• June, 2002 One of the featured properties of the Manchester Historic Association House Tour.
• May, 2002 Feature article in Old House Journal
  This article focused on the mix of safety vs. ambiance when renovating an old house for use as a public space.
• April, 2002 Feature article in Arrington’s B&B Journal. This article focused on business travelers staying at Bed and Breakfasts rather than chain hotels.
