Yes! Breakfast is included in your stay and is cooked to order each morning. We offer a variety of delicious options to start your day.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can provide gluten-free options, but please note that we are not a certified gluten-free kitchen. We are also happy to accommodate vegan guests with advance notice. We also offer dairy free options for those who may be lactose intolerant.
Do you have parking?
Yes! We offer free, on-site parking for our guests.
Do you take dogs?
No, we do not allow pets, including service dogs, as we are ADA exempt.
Do you accept children?
Our inn is best suited for adult guests, and we do not accommodate children under 12 years old.
How far are you from downtown Manchester?
We are just a short half mile walk from downtown Manchester, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues like the Palace Theatre and Rex Theatre.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you need a later check-in, please contact us in advance
to make arrangements. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Do your rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes! All of our guest rooms have private en-suite bathrooms with showers for your comfort and convenience.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes! We offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the inn.
Do you have air conditioning?
Yes! Our inn is zoned for central air conditioning and heating, which we control to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the building.
Can I store food or drinks at the inn?
We do not offer a pantry or microwave, but we have a mini fridge in the common area where guests can store small items.
Do you offer complimentary snacks or drinks?
Yes! We provide complimentary homemade snacks and soft drinks for our guests to enjoy.
Can I host an event at the inn?
At this time, we do not host events, but we are happy to recommend local venues that may suit your needs.
Do you have a minimum stay requirement?
Most of the time, we do not have a minimum stay requirement, but there may be exceptions during peak seasons or special events.
Is there a common area for guests to relax?
Yes! We have comfortable common areas where guests can relax, read, or enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. We also have a wrap around porch where guests are welcome to sit (seasonal)
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! We offer gift certificates that make a great gift for friends and family.
